Il a occupé différents postes de gestion dont celui de Vice-Président Planification et Développement chez Vidéotron au moment où l’entreprise réalisait une première mondiale en implantant le premier réseau de téléphonie IP sur câble coaxial. Il travaille maintenant comme consultant et s’intéresse particulièrement à l’éducation et aux systèmes de formation de prochaine génération.
The author has worked as a consultant in public governance and business strategies for one of Quebec’s most respected strategy consulting firm (now Secor/KPMG). He has covered a multitude of business and public sectors. He has occupied several management posts including being Vice-President Planning and Product Development at Videotron, a Canadian cable company who has pioneered IP telephony as a worldwide disruptive business trend. He now works as a consultant with a primary interest on next-generation learning systems and simulators.
